Julie update
Today at 250pm Physical Therapy nurse Nancy had Julie do some leg exercises (knee highs, heel lifts and heel out & toe circles) and would be back tomorrow to take her for a walk. At 3 PM they did the swallow test she had 3x 1 tsp applesauce she totally swallowed all of it (yeah baby), 2x water sips and 1 cookie piece all swallowed. Nurse said "everything closing fast, amazing, perfect passed the test like no one else. Nurses were all very happy and amazed at how well she swallowed (I wish I could have been here they had a scope that showed it all, but I was spending much needed time with my girls) nobody usually does that well they said. Since she did so good they took out the nose tube as well as a groin tube. They put in a IV line in arm and took chest x-ray to make sure it's in the proper place, if it is they will remove the neck line (they did). Julie looks good but is really tired and is ready for some much needed rest. GOD bless Manny.

Our Prayers and love go out To Julie and her husband. God has truly given us all a miracle. Julie's love of the Lord and faithfulness radiates from her and she is truly an inspiration of trust in the Lord. We feel blessed to be apart of her church family. I am familiar with the responsibility of updates and caregiving. Manny, you are doing a remarkable job. May God place His healing hand of strength on you as well. We continue prayer for perfect wellness for Julie and joyous celebrations for your family.
